It’s been a while BUT…

I’ve lost 10 pounds. 2 months and 10 pounds. I joined a gym with my friend and we go to the gym almost everyday. I have to admit I am not pushing my hardest whilst at the gym BUT I am going at least 5x a week and burning over 600 kcals per visit. I am keeping my caloric intake at around 1600 and drinking A LOT of water.

I can tell [as can my Husband and friends] that I have lost inches…My clothes fit a bit better and I feel as though I look better in my clothes. That in itself is helping me push on.

We have planned a beach trip in July and I am really trying to step it up to get closer to my goal.
